Easy Homemade Fried Rice Recipe

Fried rice is one of my most favorite dishes to make at home, it is one of the easiest and tastiest thing to make with combination of veggies and egg you can do multiple variations in little time.

This fried rice recipe has saved me in multiple occasions when i am in time crunch to make dinner for the family.

I know a vast majority of home cooks that agree- This simple savory recipe dish is a staple no matter what your budget is, it goes perfect with chicken, shrimp, or steak its up to you on what protein you feel like eating with it.

Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish. Wikipedia

One of the best things about this amazing dish is that you can customize it with what ever you have on hand – Chicken, Shrimp ,Steak , Bok choy , Green beans you name it anything fits perfect with this fried rice recipe

Easy Homemade fried Rice

simple but delicious fries rice that you can customize it with any meat you desire

Ingredients
  

  • 3 each eggs (scramble)
  • 1 cup frozen vegies
  • 3 cups Left over rice (Cooked rice)
  • 3 each Dice garlic cloves
  • SAUCE
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start with cracking and scrambling 3 eggs and setting to the side
  • Small dice 3 garlic cloves
  • Measure out 1 cup of frozen vegies ( your choice)
  • Cook the frozen veggies and garlic in hot pan or wok for 2 minutes and then throw in your egg and cook until egg are fully scramble
  • Toss in your cooked rice to the pan and drizzle the sauce mixture and keep on tossing together until ingredient combine perfectly
  • Serve and enjoy

What If i don’t have cooked rice?

If you don’t have left over or cooked rice then you can place 4 cups water to 2 cups rice in a small sauce pan bring up to a boil first then drop heat to simmer and cover pan and cook for 25 min , Make sure rice is washed before cooking

Can I use steam rice that was made right away?

Fried rice is best wen used with 1 day old rice but if you make the rice that day let the rice sit an air dry for at least 1 hour that way wen yopu toss the rice in a pan it wont clump up
